Local artist looks to Water Jet Machining for precision cuts and smoooooth steel!
The cougar outline was created from a scanned image, and converted to a DFX file for cutting.
Both the Buffalo and the Tractor were sent to HCC in DFX format. Easily applied to the layout for the exsisting cougar, HCC was able to perform all three cuts from the same sheet, and get the product back to the customer SAME DAY!
Home of HCC Operator Dave Watson, Delta Colorado
A personal touch was added to the home of HCC Operator Dave Watson with a custom designed floor piece for his entryway.
The project is cut from ceramic tile using our water-jet machining tool. The piece measures roughly 2 and 1/2 feet long by 3 and 1/2 feet wide. The grout line used is 1/4 inch.
Alpine Bank, Telluride Colorado

The project wax cut out of 1 and 1/2 inch thick black marble, using our water-jet machining tool. The logo is laid on the floor of the bank and measures roughly 4 feet wide, by 4 feet long. The grout line is a fine 1/8 inch.
